At Rose Collections, we accept returns only in cases of damaged or incorrect products. A full replacement will be provided if the product is damaged upon delivery. Returns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with an unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. We currently do not offer refunds or returns for other reasons. Customers are required to send the parcel back to our address, as return pickup is not available.
Free replacement will be arranged within 7 days for verified damaged or wrong items. Slight color variations or minor thread issues are not considered defects.
